Sufficient Healthcare is led by experienced health and social care professionals with over 17 years’ experience. We provide healthcare staffing solutions mainly Temporary & Permanent staff, Homecare/Domiciliary Services, Supported living staffing solutions in various care settings. Our Homecare/Domiciliary and Supported Living services are designed to offer a realistic opportunity to vulnerable individuals who need care and support provided for them in the comfort of their own home. We work in collaboration with various Local authorities, Private care companies and NHS Trusts.

OUR STORY

Sufficient Health Care is established by a qualified social worker called Dora who is the Director of the company. She is an experienced individual with Diploma and Health and Social Studies, Degree in Childhood and Youth Studies and Master’s in Social Work. She is also a registered member of the British Association of Social Workers as well as Social Work England.

Dora has worked across various Health and Social Work teams ranging from Private secured mental health hospital, acute hospital within the NHS, crisis and home treatment team with patient who has been discharge from hospitals. She has also collaborated with different local authority mental health teams in a professional capacity.

She has combined experience of over 17 years working within the health and social care industry before establishing Sufficient Health Care.
