Rehabilitation Support

We also provide support for individuals leaving the justice system to rebuild their lives in the community and their own homes. These may be clients who have been in locked medium or secure units. The team will ensure to maintain their condition for discharge, supporting them to engage with their community mental health team as well as ensure their gradual settling into the community. Individuals in our care are encouraged to continue their aftercare plan.
