Supported Living

Our Supported Living Service is designed to support people with mental health, learning disabilities, autism, behaviours that challenge and complex needs to have greater levels of autonomy and independence by being supported to manage their own tenancy and to have maximum choice and control over their lives.

Service users are offered the opportunity to be as independent as possible within a warm, caring environment. The aim of the service is to provide  reliable mental health care to reduce stigma and social isolation, as well as encouraging clients in building their social networks while maintaining good family relationships.

Categories of Supported Living Accommodation provision will be as follows:

  • Sheltered & Extra Care Housing
  • Short-term Supported Housing
  • Long Term Housing

Every person in our Supported Living service will have a person-centred, bespoke support plan alongside their tenancy, which enables them to lead a full, active, meaningful life within their local community. Levels of support vary from some people only needing a few hours of support to those receiving high levels of support due to complex needs that may require 1:1 support or 2:1 or more.

Every support package is person-centred and bespoke to each individual. We work closely with local authorities, CQC, and various key stakeholders in ensuring person-centred support and full access and utilisation of services available to people receiving support from us.
